Our Executive Chef, Lamont Farrich, has nearly 40 years of experience in the food service industry. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Lamont spent several years in various Executive Chef positions, and managed the overall operations of “Dish of Salt” in the Manhattan theatre district for over 20 years. He has worked with famed Chef Jean Maurice Juge, and spends much of his time at “The Works” developing weekly entrée specials and seasonal menu revisions.
